LAST UPDATED: September 29, 2026
Agreement
This site is operated by 10xAnd (“we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms, to our privacy policy, and to our disclaimers. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This site describes engineering and regulatory services for medical device teams and offers free tools that work with public data. Nothing on it is an offer that becomes a contract when you accept it. Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything here.
The free tools
- The tools are provided free, as is, and may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice.
- Their output is informational. It is not regulatory, legal, clinical, or engineering advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional reviewing your specific situation. See the disclaimers.
- Several tools query public databases such as FDA’s openFDA. Those services have their own terms, and their data can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.
- If a tool lets you use your own third-party API key, your use of that service is under your own account and that provider’s terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site or tools unlawfully, or to infringe anyone’s rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the services behind it;
- use automated means to scrape the site or tools at a volume that burdens them;
- submit forms or files containing malware, other people’s personal data without their permission, or patient health information.
What you send us
You keep ownership of anything you send through a form or upload. You give us permission to use it only to reply to you and to carry out the work you asked about, as described in the privacy policy. Please do not send confidential material until a confidentiality agreement is in place.
Our content
The text, design, diagrams, and code of this site belong to 10xAnd or its licensors. You may read, print, and share pages and tool output for your own work, with attribution. You may not republish the site or resell its tools. Public data shown by the tools (for example, FDA records) remains public data.
Links to other sites
We link to public agencies, standards bodies, and other resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, 10xAnd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or regulatory outcome, arising from your use of or reliance on this site or its free tools. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or its free tools is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). This cap does not apply to paid work, which is governed by its own signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. Questions about these terms can be sent through any form on this site — start the message with “Terms question”.
