Partnerships

No one gets a device to market alone.

We work with firms across the medical device industry to sell together and build together. If you serve device companies, or you make what they need, we want to hear from you.

Commercial partners

We sell engineering, documentation, verification and prototyping services to device companies, from first-time founders to established manufacturers. Most of what our clients need next is something a partner does better than we would. Here is how we work with each kind of firm.

WhoHow we work together
Regulatory, quality and clinical consultanciesWhen a client needs engineering, testing or a prototype built, refer it to us. When ours need regulatory strategy, a QMS or clinical work beyond our scope, we refer it to you.
Distributors and independent manufacturers’ repsCarry our service lines into accounts you already cover, on a referral or reseller agreement.
Contract manufacturers and CDMOsWe take programs from concept and documentation through to a design that is ready to transfer, and hand it to you. You send us the early-stage work you do not want to take on.
Test labs and sterilization providersCo-sell verification and sterilization readiness work: we prepare the plan and the samples, and you run the testing.
Incubators, accelerators, hospital innovation centers and investorsFounder-friendly scoping reviews and pilots for your portfolio, and the free tools for every team you support.
Software and data companies serving medtechIntegrations with the /mcp server and our tools, and joint work where your product and our services meet.

Agreements are simple and written down: referral fees, co-selling or reselling, as suits the work. We never name a partner or a shared client in public without written permission.

Supply chain partners

We are building a supply chain that can quote and build what device companies ask for, from first prototypes to production. The Prototype Atlas already turns a drawing or a BOM into a budgetary quote and a supplier shortlist. We want more capable shops behind it, in the US and abroad. We are looking for:

  • CNC machining and Swiss turning
  • Injection molding, including micro-molding and LSR
  • Extrusion and catheter shaft components
  • Precision assembly and cleanroom manufacturing
  • Metal forming, laser cutting and welding, nitinol processing
  • Additive manufacturing for prototypes and fixtures
  • Sterile barrier packaging, sealing and package testing
  • Sterilization (EO, radiation, steam) and associated testing
  • Electronics, cable and harness assembly
  • Component and raw-material distribution

What we ask for:

  • An ISO 13485 certificate, or a clear plan and timeline to get one. Certification is not required for prototype-only work.
  • Your processes, materials, tolerances, capacity and typical lead times, as facts we can check.
  • A willingness to quote quickly on early-stage work and to sign an NDA.

What you get:

  • Qualified requests from device teams, with drawings, quantities and dates already scoped.
  • An accurate listing: your capabilities as you state them, with their source. Nothing you send us privately is published without your OK.
  • A route from prototype to production work as programs mature.
